I don't get migraines, but I actually get more headaches since I've been on Cymbalta. I think it's because I need more water. They're not bad enough to quit the Cymbalta, which has been working well for me. In addition to helping with anxiety and depression, it also helps the chronic pain I have in my neck and upper back. I had to decrease from 60mg to 40mg (my blood pressure was up a little) and I've definitely noticed I'm feeling a little more pain now. Dang!
But enough about me... I read somewhere recently (Prevention? Harvard Medical Journal?) that 3mg of Melatonin before bed is helping some people reduce the frequency of their migraines.
