There's a ginger tea you can get (Ginger Aid by Traditional Medicinals) that has no sugar, but it's yummy and good hot or cold. It's my saviour when I have a dodgy stomach.

I try to keep good stuff to eat handy so I don't dive into the easier, less healthy alternatives that lurk in my fridge and cupboard. I only buy cookies on special occasions (like company) and I really go for the salty crunchy things, so crudites are usually on hand.

It's so hard when a med makes you hungry. For me it was that my body lost its "I'm full now, thanks" indicator.

Also it's getting to that time of year when I put popsicles in the freezer too.
