The link here is an alternative route into the USDA database, but it's organized in a different way so that comparisons are easier to make, IMHO.

The only quirk is that fatty acids are listed in their shorthand form, e.g. 20:5 for eicosapentaenoic acid. Also, there is no distinction made between the isomers of 18:3 (alpha-linolenic and gamma-linolenic).
