well, a friend of mine told me about this site once. http://www.nutritiondata.com he said it was really good (he is studying to be a nutritionist, so i trust him). anyway i put it in favorites and haven't looked since, so i don't have personel experience with it. but i think it may be what you are asking for and it seems very thorough. hope this helps
