Hi there

This site lists some information:

www.vitalhealthzone.com/food-values/food-values.html

There is also a huge database at the US Dept of Agriculture, which you can search on:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

Or you can download the whole database:

http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=10093

This page gives you choices on how to view their really comprehensive information:

http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=8964

Ciao
J
