In sales, we must overcome the fear of what others will think of you. the people in your office or workplace are driven by the world's methods. The office usually has a "salesperson of the month" award, or a board with how many sales you made for the month. The world method uses competition to "motivate" the sales staff. So you have to overcome this type of fear. The fear of being less than others in number of sales. It is the fear of humiliation.
