I'm really sad that you still neglect your intake of shokolade. but I have faith the eventually you'll be able to accept the need for it, and your worthiness of it, and put aside the non-essentials, like vegetables and meat.
Plus squats are altogether too stressful, and contrary to survival of the species. Think of our human heritage. We were not made to do squats. How can you escape through the jungle or forest from bears or other wild animals while doing squats.
Data organization. Okay. But wouldn't it be better to collect some data before trying to figure out how to organize it? Just wondering.
Nap. Okay, this is a worthy endeavor. I thoroughly commend you for it. How did it go?
My goals for the day are chimerical so far. But it's only 9:29pm, so I have several hours to investigate and put any plan into action.Jost
