If it was just about losing weight and not punishing yourself too (I know the two go hand in hand), but if you would just allow yourself like around five or six snacks per day (high protein), then you would lose weight. You don't lose weight by starving. Been there; done that. Racer is right, you end up binging and purging too. Please don't get into that cycle. It is no fun, and you end up hating yourself even more.
