that dreaded feeling of failure when you take the firsi bite (drink, pill, cigarette, miss a run etc)--it does not have to be a slippery slope it just means you are human. But it is a sign that something is a bit amiss when a mistake translates into perceived failure. (BTW, I am completely unable to takes a day off running). Fortunately I do not have an ED just a bit OCD. BTW, how in the world did you know your glucose level--is some one diabetic in your family. Given that you had just binged I have no idea what 150 means--if you had just taken a random glucose reading (non fasting) a good reading would be around 100 +/-. Thanks for keeping us informed. fca
