Oh - I forgot to mention - I have used both the Linden Method and Panic away as talked about in this review

...which totally annihilated the anxiety before I even got my hands on the DHEA etc..but the DHEA and the other nutrients have really been the icing on the cake - I'm now of the opinion that adrenal exhaustion was really at the nub of my problem (DHEA really helps with this).
