I used the Liquid Trust version, I felt foolish even ordering the stuff, as I was convinced it was a scam. But there was a definite ( though subtle) uplift in mood, and an ease in social situations that I'd previously found difficult.
As for duration of effects, well the stuff has a short half life, but X2 daily seemed enough.

You can read all sorts of rubbish on web forums about dosages, big doses, heroic doses, insane doses. Don't listen, try the lowest possible dose first, then up it if needed.
