Try Oxytocin, it's not herbal, but a neuropeptide occuring naturaly in humans and other vertebrates. Available as Oxycalm ( nasal administered spray) or spray on body aerosol form , from Vero-labs, known as ' Liquid Trust'
I've had these issues you mentioned, and I can tell you this stuff works for me better than any medication or supplement I've tried over the years. What's even more suprising, when using the spray on aerosol version, other people around you somehow are affected by it as well.
