I really think liquid trust is just a marketing scam. You need 24IU of Oxytocin to replicate the effects in the study and it has to be administered directly in to the nasal passage.
Taurine is ok but in some people it can have a stimulating effect :| Magnesium is good as well. However in my case they are very limited in the anxiolytic effects they produce.
