What I take is a homeopathic tissue salt called magnesium phosphate. It comes in differnt strengths. I take two 6x tablets anytime I start to get the jitters. Usually about twice a day. It has only been a little over a week doing this (I also take Geodon and Lamictal) but so far, so good
