Are y'all taking the mag. as a supplement on top of a multivitamin or by itself? E.g. are you stopping at 400 (-600) mg or adding that to other supplments that you already have on hand.
I started taking magesium a few days ago b/c of some weird twitchiness and numbness that I was getting after a vaccine that I took. (I know! And I'm going to a neurologist next week.) In just three days since I started taking magnesium citrate (For two days, I took 800 mg. and now I'm bumping down to 400), most of the twitching and buzzing of the fingers has gone away. Phew!
Anyway, just curious how you are all folding it into your supplment regimens...
