I second that! Magnesium is the single best supplement I've ever taken. In fact, it's the only one that I have any faith in, other than vitamin C.

Over the years, I have spent so much money on supplements and alternative treatments. I have kitchen cupboards full of every supplement you can imagine, and what a waste, except for magnesium. Currently, I take magnesium glycinate. I think it's more relaxing than citrate. I take the Mg glycinate at night. Like others here, I stopped taking the combined calcium and magnesium supplements. I didn't like the way I felt on them. I do get some calcium in my multi-vitamin, and I eat a lot of yogurt and some other dairy products. I'm not sure whether I'm getting enough calcium, but calcium never made me feel better. Magnesium does.

Maybe we ought to start hoarding magnesium. Once words gets around about how beneficial it is, they'll probably raise the price!
