You might want to keep in the back of your mind that too much magnesium can bring on the same symptoms as not enough...dark depression and apathy. Find the right balance and watch out for over-accumulation and things could be rosey for a long time to come!
I too found amazing benefits with magnesium, but I think it was the glycine in the glycinate version of it that turned around and made me feel very depressed. And that was at a low dose of only 100mg. It scared me enough that I've been very shy about trying magnesium again. But I do have Mg Citrate onhand...hmmm.
