> I have been a user of Fish oil for about a year and a half, give or take a few weeks I went without. Initially, I experimented with several brands and types - cheap, expensive, high EPA and not, finally settling on a fairly cheap brand. I had good results and one untoward effect - skin breakouts. I endured these. Several weeks ago, due to a bargain, I purchased Salmon Oil. Now, I know salmon is a fish, but---- I have had what appears to be great results sans the breakout problem. Prehaps this is a coincidence and not related and at this point, I'm not concerned about if this is real or not, but I am quite pleased.

> Moral of the story, play around with brands and formulations if you feel the results you are getting aren't what you expected or just to test if results could be better, you may be pleasantly surprised. I hope I continue to be pleased.

> Best to all and hoping my results last.I hope your results are lasting too and thanks for the tip about brands. I've been taking a cheap grocery store brand myself and was thinking lately I might spring for something more expensive next time. I can't tell if fish oil is doing anything at all or not. I did buy some high DHA type and I have a vague idea that it doesn't feel right, but haven't been brave enough subsequently to really give it a good test isolated from other things as I'm feeling pretty good myself lately.
