I've only taken fairly small amounts of ALC, ALA and coQ10 (100, 100 and 30 per day respectively). I took them for about 3-4 months but couldn't notice any difference on them. I'm sure they were doing some good antioxidant work though.Tyrosine wasn't bad for me. It just didn't do anything at all. I'm curious to see if the enzymes change that.
