Always read up and be careful.
Dr. Patricia Kane says, "Never go any direction at 100 miles per hour", when changing your diet. Dr. Nicolas Perricone from PBS and the book the "The Perricone Perscription", says much the same thing, only is more elaborate.
10 years from now, you're only gonna be 10 years older. May seem worse than that, but "peddle-to-the-metal" won't get you there any slower or faster. You'll just arrive.
