Also, you need to check to see if taking certain things at the same time keeps your body from absorbing it properly.

And check the ingrediants to see if it has yellow dye number 5 or some other super evil ingrediate that causes some people serious problems. Also, some things have soy in them, which some are allergic to. When you order vitamins and supplements, they usually don't list the ingrediants they are made from.

So when you self test supplements to see what works for you, remember that as a factor.
