No, that's not what I meant to imply.
I don't know that Dr Bob does have access to sent BabbleMails. He may, but I don't know about that part. I do know that the deputies cannot read BabbleMails that have been sent.
On the other hand, civility guidelines apply to BabbleMails as well as to posts on the boards. That's what I was referring to. And, just as there is a protocol in place for notifying Dr Bob and the Deputies about posts which may not be civil, there is also a protocol about reporting uncivil BabbleMails. When a potentially uncivil BabbleMail is reported to us, we can all read any portion which is forwarded. That's the only access we have to BabbleMails: those that are forwarded to us, because the recipient thought they might have violated the civility guidelines.
I hope that cleared up my meaning.
