Perhaps he should not do that anymore, and/or if he changes to a new name, don't sign his real name, and hopefully people who might know who he is anyway won't refer to him by his real name in posts.
Given that he apparently does use his real name, that is his right and though it may not be wise, I will not use his real name in a post or babblemail or anywhere else. I would want this for myself.
