I guess different people feel differently...
I liked Racers suggestions. Attacks and put downs etc are uncivil... But I am having trouble with critiquing an idea / policy / ideology being branded uncivil because people who support the idea / policy / ideology might feel hurt.

Whereas we can critique an idea / policy / ideology on books or psychology or admin...
