Be aware that priapism is a possible side-effect of trazodone. As attractive as this might be to some males, it is actually a medical emergency.The other thing worth mention is that a major metabolite of trazodone is 1-PP. It can be a nasty substance that elicits anxiety and other unwanted side effects. Look into it for a comprehensive overview of 1-PP.
