Is OCD your predominant symptom?If treating OCD is critical to your quality of life, I suggest trying clomipramine (Anafranil) if you haven't yet. Clomipramine is probably the most effective drug available for OCD. It is a tricyclic with potent serotonin reuptake inhibition. Unfortunately, it is a bit of a "dirty" drug with respect to side effects. They seem to be a combination of tricyclic and SSRI. They suck, but OCD sucks more.
