>Not personally, but I read a German study comparing it to perazine in psychotic patients. It did not quite equal perazine, but it was found to have substantial antipsychotic effects, and many patients could be discharged with trimipramine as their only antipsychotic. If I recall correctly, it was found to have less extrapyramidal adverse effects.
