Did you return to the combination below? I've tried to keep this short.
Given the trouble you've had with venlafaxine, I would personally avoid it.
Is mirtazapine 7.5mg just for sleep?I find quetiapine 25mg effective for sleep and wears off by the morning, unlike many other meds. High doses are unpleasant, for me, especially anything above 50mg. It's surprising how effective 25mg is though!
I wondered whether a suitable treatment for you might be:
Quetiapine 25mg at night
Lithium carbonate 300mg at night
Methylphenidate 5mg twice a day, or 10mg in the morning if preferred.I know your symptoms fluctuate over time, at which point you can adjust if needed.
- venlafaxine 37.5
- mirtazapine 7.5mg
> - lithium 300mg
> - ritalin 10mg
