I abandoned the remaining 18mg of Venlafaxine and now tolerate much more 5-HTP without any heart issues that I noted. Taking 25mg couple times a day. Not sure if I will ultimately feel better, the same or worse. I sure could further ramp up 5-HTP more but I first want Venlafaxine to leave my system. Feeling a bit irritated.
