5htp in low doses, like 50mg capsule would not hurt, i take prozac 80mg maximum dose and i had no problems with serotonin syndrome....but if you take 4 serogentic meds that would be another story, a very low dose of 5htp replenishes serotonin but if more than couple serotonin meds that would be risky.
