I'm sorry to hear that Scott. Chronic depression is a truly distressing, disturbing, crushing illness. Looking at my mood spreadsheet, my average mood is about 4/10 over recent years which translates on my scale to "strongly want to be dead most of the day". The last 2 weeks have been 2/10, which I'll leave to your imagination how bad is.

Fortunately since returning to 30mg Lexapro, I'm more back to 4 or 5. Yay. FTR my stack is :
35 Percocet for pain, 2 Lorazepam for OCD ad hoc, 200 Provigil, 30 Lexapro, 2.5 Abilify, 30 Ritalin for depression, 60 Adderall for depression, 40 Fetzima, 45 Buspar for OCD, 300 Lyrica for pain, 225 Trazodone for sleep

TRD, TR OCD since 1996.
Meds: 40 Fetzima, 30 Lexapro, 30 Ritalin, 60 Adderall, 2.5 Abilify, 45 Buspar (OCD/GAD), 300 Lyrica, 150 Trazodone (sleep), 40 Percocet (Chronic Pain)
Ad hoc: 2 Ativan
