It's good to see a post from you Scott.
I bumped up to 50 today. In the past 30 to 40 of Marplan was enough and since I'm paying out of pocket I've tried to stay there.
I started doing really well the day after I added Desipramine but I almost think that was a timing fluke. I probably should have held off. I'm hoping once this w/d from Nuvigil (and perhaps even Desipramine or Ritalin a few weeks before that) will subside.
Mostly anxiety tonight after an ok afternoon.
I also kicked my Lamictal up to 300mg at least for today. I need something. The world is so depressing as it is I don't need the feeling in my legs.
Hoping after a good nights sleep I'll wake up much better. Today was my 4th day w/o Nuvgil.
Marplan usually takes me 14 to 21 days to get a response. Do you have a bp cuff? A
drop in BP is usually a good indication (for me) that it's starting to work. Mine now is 110/75ish somethimes lower - without Marplan (or another MAOi) it'd be 125/85.
