Midazolam is ideal if you have trouble falling asleep, but it's too short-acting for helping you remain asleep, which is a problem I don't have.
Another thing is, that it didn't help me sleep for long even though I took over 90 2 mg tablets. After waking, I did stupid things that I can't remember and by the time my memory came back online I was in the mental hospital.
