I have had other drugs and wondered where the high was. I never wondered where the high was with methamphetamine or speed. There the high was. I felt high. Really really really really really really good.
>That is great. The worst problem with it is that amphetamines (including meth) are neurotoxic at high doses and with prolonged use.

>That sounds like you have alter personalities, and the drug effects brought them closer to surface -- close enough that you could hear them. The "she" may or may not refer to you -- could be another alter.
> That's the trouble with methamphetamine. You hear people breaking and entering (then stabby stabbing people in self defence) to get stuff to sell to get more funds for more drugs... ANd you just generally hear about people having paranoid delusions and lashing out at people who were *not* trying to harm them.
>These effects, and whether you get them at all, is very individual.
It's not necessarily the drug itself that causes these reactions, but rather the sleep deprivation it produces.
I drove myself to psychosis too, with a cocaine-like stimulant, but this only happened once, even though later episodes of prolonged wakefulness were much longer.
