Gosh, it's been a long time since I've seen Gabitril (tiagabine) mentioned. It definitely is unpredictable and can have opposite effects between individuals. It is capable of producing anxiety, irritability, and dysphoria.
How has Trintellix (vortioxetine) affected you? I hope it is helping. I am under the impression that it takes longer for it to work, but is superior to most other antidepressants. My doctor sees more people responding to lower dosages than higher dosages. Interestingly, he said that primary care physicians have had better luck with Trintellix than psychiatrists. He thinks that psychiatrists might be too aggressive in pushing the dosage to 20 mg/day.
