I had decreased the parnate, because I was feeling better and thought id be ok on a lower dose - and it just stopped working altogether even when I then increased it back up to 40mg per day. However, after a couple of weeks on olanzapine, it started working again! A total miracle ! I wish I could understand the chemistry of it, but the main thing is that parnate is now working even better than before (I was previously on 30mg).
