the other option is lamotragine, which now im thinking that would be good, i've read bi polar 1 is a major difference between bi polar 2, if you were on a moderate dose of prozac if you had shift that would be not good, lamotragine is a mood stabilizer but helps with depression, while lithium helps with controlling mania

just talk to your doctor, if he thinks low dose of antidepressant would be good
