you could do paxil again but i've read alot of bad thins about paxil, it's not so much popular anymore, but still its good for some.....one thing that i would stay away from is effexor, if you havve bp1 that could really effect the mood, effexor is known for one of the strongest but can increase to much nuerotransmitters.....
don't want to sound too generic, zoloft is a good depression med, i used to know all of them off the top of my head, slowed down after time, but zoloft is defintly a good choice if you wnat to stay with SSRI's ... it has good improvements, but for TCA's and MAOI's im not knowledgeable about them, but i do know that Imipramine (Tofranil) one of my friends who had bp1 took it and seem to work
everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
