I'm supposed to be taking Effexor (37.5mg) lithium (300mg) and amitriptyline 10mg.
These are low doses, I know, but I am sensitive.
I don't find much helps my constantly shifting (later and later) sleep times. Benzos work, but I don't like living one them.
