You might give it some time. Occasionally, sometimes it take the brain time to adapt to serotoninergic agents. There could be some sort of serotonergic interaction with parnate. Trazodone is a weak SSRI, which can be a problem with an MAOI.

I'm dealing with some sleep issues of my own. However, amitriptyline isn't cutting it for me, at the moment.
