I basically followed the protocol outlined here and had good results but the effect was not lasting. Perhaps if I had followed up with consistent early morning bright light exposure for an hour a day it would have prolonged the effects. I Used a 400Watt Ceramic metal halide bulb in a glass shielded reflector as my light box. It's a full spectrum setup used for growing marijuana indoors and was quite bright.
