Have you looked at N-acetylcystein (NAC)? It helps to modulate glutamatergic neurotransmission via NMDA antagonism. Also, Lamictal (lamotrigine) reduces glutamate release and seems to block NMDA receptors as well.
I am simply brainstorming based upon some of the things you say. NAC is probably a long-shot. I am just trying to throw things out at you. I am not challenging your diagnosis of DPD. I hope you didn't think I was doing this in my questions regarding symptom or psysiological overlap with BPD. I certainly believe that DPD exists, especially after performing some research as a follow-up to better understand your condition.
