There is so much contradicting information out there it is often hard to know what to believe. But sure, some people could be more sensitive to negative effects than others. just like how some can't tolerate antidepressants. or some people are allergic to certain things. Surely Fluoride can have negative effects on someone.

but when it comes to tooth decay, I've been reading about something callef Phytic Acid found in foods like whole grains and nuts that can inhibit the absorption of certain minerals. and that this can cause teeth to be more susceptible to decay.
