it increases the blood flow to the brain, creates better transmission and over all feeling active, also some endorphin release during moderate to intense excerhise, i ran cross country couple years ago and after my runs i always felt refreshed, even thought i was tired for a bit maybe an hour, then went to class.....
if you take otc suppolements such as DLPA and fish oil and lso acetyl l carnitine will greatly increase exersice's benefits
not a scholar but understand distress.....
