Long Term Exercise For Insomnia

Northwestern University recently did a study that showed that If you exercise for 35 to 40 min at least 4 times a week for 16 weeks at 60-70% of your max heart rate, you will sleep at least 45 min longer and be less depressed. What's important to note is that nobody improved until 16 weeks. I've been doing this for 13 weeks now, so I'll keep everyone posted on my progress at week 16.
