In reply to Nardil best dozing time, posted by Cee on May 11, 2013, at 12:17:07
Hi Cee,
Do you mean "dosing" (and not "dozing") time? I know that when I took Nardil, I took it five times a day when I was on 75 mg and four times a day when I was on 60 mg. I spread out my doses throughout the day when I took Nardil, taking my first dose in the morning, taking my last dose at bedtime, and spreading out the in-between doses evenly. I've heard of some individuals taking all of their Nardil at once, though. I would imagine that spreading out your doses throughout the day like I did might have the potential to minimize some side effects, though I'd also imagine that the extent to which this would occur would vary from one individual to the next. I would check with your doctor before changing the way you dose your Nardil, but I tend to think that some experimentation might be needed to figure out which dosing strategy might work best for you.
