If I were a virgin and wished to avoid MAOIs, I might ask my doctor to:
1. Start with Lexapro
2. Switch from Lexapro to Zoloft
3. Add Wellbutrin
4. Switch from Zolft to Effexor
5. Switch from Wellbutrin to nortriptyline
6. Add Remeron
