Note that Ativan is shorter acting than Valium so you mgiht need to take it twice a day, say 2mg at night and 1mg in the morning?
Tranxene might be another alternative, between 15 and 22.5mg at bedtime.
You're already taking an SSRI arnt you? Which drug and which dose?
