Don't underestimate how hard that can be. Is it leaving you with an empty nest?
I had a hard time with my eldest son (now 22) leaving the nest and I've only finally come to peace with it.
I think I'll probably have a bit of a hard time when my youngest (almost 19) leaves but that's in the future....

Current meds:
10mg. paxil
50mg. nortriptyline
.5mg. clonazepam
Of all the meds I've tried, nortriptyline worked the best but I gained 20lbs or so in 9 months.
