I would think you'd want to try an SSRI (maybe celexa or lexapro? They're fairly "clean"), BuSpar, a benzodiazepine such as ativan or klonopin, or maybe just try a lower dose of the Wellbutrin before you try an anticonvulsant or a neuroleptic.
